About Vee Group

Business Growth Engineering. AI-Native Business Diagnostics.

Vee Group builds the AI-native infrastructure that replaces instinct-led decisions with data-backed ones, through two connected disciplines: bespoke AI automation and data integration built into a single platform, and a proprietary AI diagnostic tool that benchmarks a business against its closest global peers to reveal what is actually driving its growth, or stalling it.

We embed inside a select circle of founder-led businesses across India and the UK, engineering the systems, structure and brand architecture that scale a company beyond its founder. We don't give advice. We make sure it happens.

The Instinct Trap

Most businesses treat the symptom they can see, not the root cause they can't.

Growth stalls, and the people closest to the problem look at where the business is today, not at the decisions and patterns that got it there. Instinct fills the gap that data should.

This isn't a failure of judgment. It's a failure of infrastructure. Vee Group exists to close that gap, diagnosing root cause, not surface symptoms, and replacing instinct with evidence.

Philosophy

"Growth is not creative chaos. Growth is not volume. Growth is the outcome of well-aligned systems influencing human behaviour at scale."

This is why the diagnostic is built on behavioural data, not usage data alone. The founder's mindset and decision pattern is treated as a growth variable, not a footnote.

The Build

We engineer sustainable, predictable growth.

01

Understanding how humans think, decide, and trust

02

Building go-to-market and revenue systems grounded in how people actually decide

03

Aligning strategy, brand, technology, and execution into one growth engine

04

Replacing fragmented marketing with structured, measurable scale

The Engineered Mind

Every belief traces back to a pattern. Every pattern can be engineered.

Vee Group treats the mind the way an engineer treats a system: not a mystery to be inspired by, but a set of inputs, patterns, and feedback loops that can be understood, diagnosed, and rebuilt to work better.

Founder Story

Built by believers, in New Delhi.

Systems EngineeringGrowth StrategyRevenue Systems

"The sky is not a limit. It is a starting point."

Vaibhav is an engineer who stopped building machines and started building the systems that help businesses survive what is coming. He has spent his career mapping failure before fixing it, from McLaren diagnostics to classroom floors to founding a global growth firm. Every chapter carries the same instinct, expressed differently: understand the system completely before you touch a single part of it.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (2:1) in Automotive and Motorsport Engineering from the University of Huddersfield, a discipline that trained him to treat performance as a system of interdependent variables, not isolated fixes. A Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training from Cheshire College later formalised what his years in engineering had already taught him: the most complex systems are not mechanical. They are human.

His foundation is in real engineering, with tolerances, failure modes, and consequences. A placement at Barclays was the first time he watched automation displace entire decision chains in real time. From there he moved into consulting on client projects for McLaren Automotive, Jaguar Land Rover, and ZF, including the T4H diagnostics unit for JLR and the redesign of the McLaren 540s GT4 parts catalogue. Design engineering years at Falconex and Trillium Flow Technologies followed, then three years teaching engineering at Cheshire College, examining for City & Guilds and earning the institution's Skills Champion Award.

In 2025, Vaibhav left behind everything he had spent eight years building in the UK. Not because it wasn't working. Because he could see something bigger that actually needed building. Vee Group is that: a business diagnostic tool with an execution layer built in, because diagnosis without execution is just expensive advice.

ExecutionPeople SystemsBusiness Operations

"People are not their behaviour. They are everything that shaped it."

Every reaction, every assumption, every place a person or a business gets stuck traces back to an experience that formed a belief that became a pattern. To understand that is to stop reacting and start seeing, and seeing clearly is where everything begins.

Hiya holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi and a Diploma in Project Management from Symbiosis Online Learning Centre. At Mask Influencers, she managed a Gen Z team and interns, bridging communication gaps while preserving transparency and confidentiality. At Translumina Therapeutics, she responded to attrition patterns with system design: anonymous feedback infrastructure, skip-level interviews, and culture initiatives built around visibility and recognition. Interventions built as structural responses to specific signals, not generic programmes.

She is now Co-Founder of Vee Group, leading a Gen Z team across functions and bringing the same question to every engagement: what is actually underneath the reaction.

We work with a small number of founders at any given time.

What to include

  • Revenue

Total money your business earns — monthly or annually.

  • ARR

Annual Recurring Revenue — subscription income projected over a year.

  • MRR

Monthly Recurring Revenue — predictable income each month.

  • Runway

How many months of cash you have left at current burn rate.

What to write here

Describe your situation plainly — your revenue, team size, biggest problem, and what you've already tried. The more context, the sharper the diagnosis.
